Role involves:
- Business Development / KAM: You'll manage relationships with top companies-MNCs, listed organizations, and startups-helping them grow by offering tailored solutions. The goal is to build long-term partnerships and ensure their needs are met.
- Recruitment: You'll be the trusted guide for clients, helping them hire the right people. This means understanding their needs and advising them on the best candidates to help their business thrive.
- Sales: You'll bring in new clients and grow the business by identifying opportunities, pitching the firm's services, and ensuring smooth onboarding. Your focus is on driving revenue and expanding the client base.
- Client Servicing: You'll work closely with clients to understand their talent gaps and suggest the best solutions. This includes managing recruitment mandates and ensuring clients get the right talent to meet their goals.
- This role is all about building relationships, understanding needs, and helping businesses succeed through strategic hiring and business growth.
Ideal Candidate:
- 2 to 7 years of work experience in a client facing role.
- MBA from a top tier college.
- Work experience in either - HR or Recruitment or Sales or Business Development.
- A knack for making conversation, and a passion to learn more about people and companies.
