Supply Chain Manager

Supply Chain Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.
• Analyze and forecast supply chain trends to ensure smooth operations.
• Optimize inventory management and supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, production, and logistics) to align forecasts with production and delivery needs.

Procurement & Sourcing:

• Manage the procurement process by sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and goods.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and maintain supplier performance metrics.

Logistics & Distribution:

• Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes.
• Monitor and optimize distribution costs while ensuring delivery schedules are met.
• Manage third-party logistics (3PL) partners and carriers.

Inventory Management:

• Ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand without overstocking.
• Implement inventory control systems and best practices to minimize wastage and costs.
• Conduct regular audits and cycle counts of inventory.

Team Management:

• Lead, motivate, and develop supply chain team members.
• Provide training to staff on new processes or technology.
• Ensure performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Track key performance metrics related to inventory, cost efficiency, and delivery timelines.
• Use data analysis to identify and implement improvements in the supply chain.
• Report on supply chain performance to senior management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Dynamic 365.
• Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of International trade.

Work Location: A-413 Mondeal Heights, Sarkhej Gandhinagar Service Road Near Wide Angle Cinema Ramdevnagar, Satellite, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015

Work timings: 10 AM To 7 PM (Monday to Saturday)(1st and 3rd Saturdays are off)
