The Associate Product Manager reports to the Product Manager or Product Director and collaborates with various teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support. Key Responsibilities : Product Planning and Strategy : Assist in the development and execution of product strategies, including market analysis, competitive research, and customer insights. Contribute to the creation of product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business objectives and customer needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and specifications. Product Development : Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the timely delivery of product features and enhancements. Coordinate and track the progress of product development activities, addressing any issues or roadblocks. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to iterate and improve the product. Product Launch and Marketing : Support the product launch process, including coordinating marketing and promotional activities. Assist in creating product documentation, training materials, and other resources for internal teams and customers. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective product messaging and positioning. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with design and user experience teams to create intuitive and visually appealing product interfaces. Partner with customer support to address product-related inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. Work closely with sales teams to provide product knowledge, training, and support during sales cycles. Product Performance Analysis : Monitor product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement. Analyze product usage data and conduct market research to identify opportunities for product growth and expansion. Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, summarizing product performance and key insights.
