Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication, proactive engagement, and exceptional service.
- Conduct periodic reviews to assess client needs, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.
- Provide timely and accurate information and advice on investment products and market trends.
- Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell relevant investment products and services.
Client Acquisition:
- Actively seek and identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and other prospecting activities.
- Conduct effective client meetings and presentations to articulate the value proposition of the company's investment offerings.
- Understand client needs and tailor investment solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive financial plans and proposals to support client decision-making.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of investment agreements to optimize client outcomes.
Asset Under Management (AUM) Growth:
- Drive AUM growth through effective client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Implement strategies to deepen client relationships and increase client loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze client portfolios to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Work closely with the investment team to ensure alignment between client needs and investment strategies.
Risk Management:
- Conduct thorough due diligence on potential clients to assess their risk profile and suitability for investment products.
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and compliance standards in all client interactions.
- Monitor market conditions and economic trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for clients.
- Implement effective risk management practices to protect client interests.
Required Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of investment products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and alternative investments.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) preferred.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in digital client engagement tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle complex client situations and resolve disputes effectively
