4. Student Counselling: Counsel prospective students and parents about course selection, career options, and institute facilities.
5. Admission Process: Guide students through the admission process, ensuring all necessary documents and fees are collected.
6. Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of student data, admissions, and sales activities.
7. Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
8. Marketing Support: Assist in marketing activities, such as events, campaigns, and promotions.
9. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and visitors.
10. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to management.

Education and Experience:
