Front Desk Executive

Role & responsibilities

1) Front Desk Operations:

• Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate teams.
• Greeting guests and ensure they are comfortably seated with refreshments.

2) Sales Support:

• Maintaining the sample tracker for the products in HO.
• Sending weekly trackers to the sales team.
• Sending emails to customers when samples/material is dispatched from the factory.
• Tracking the incoming shipments and making sure they reach in time; Coordinate with the sales & accounts team for payment of shipments and keeping the sales team in loop for the same.

3) Administrative Duties:

• Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments and record the same in the incoming register.
• Prepare outgoing packages (envelopes, couriers )
• Perform inventory of office supplies and order what is needed
• Manage the peons in office; ensure the activities done by them are in an orderly manner.
