About the role

NHA is seeking a highly skilled Techno functional Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role will oversee day to day operations of convergence group and ensure that technology infrastructure, applications are effectively working to cater the business needs.

Qualifications

B.E/B.TECH OR MCA from a reputed college/University.

Technical Experience & Competencies

• Minimum 10 years IT software development and support experience post qualification completion.
• Experience as Techno Functional Manager or similar role with deep technical expertise and complete understanding of the functional domain.
• Healthcare domain expertise with experience on handling large scale govt projects preferably.
• In-depth technical knowledge and proficiency in databases, Cloud
• Strong understanding of IT applications, databases, and related APIs.
• Detail oriented with Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Strong stakeholder management expertise with passion to solve issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and analytically.
• Cross team collaboration and ability to lead and drive the problem resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Mandate

• Work closely with all stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver the desired solution.
• Conduct functional analysis and documentation to ensure clarity and alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and implement solutions that align with the program objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of technical and functional experts.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure successful issue resolution and communication.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment to promote innovation and creativity.
