About NHA: National Health Authority (NHA) is the apex body responsible for implementing Indias flagship public health insurance/assurance scheme called Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana & has been entrusted with the role of designing strategy, building technological infrastructure and implementation of National Digital Health Mission to create a National Digital Health Eco-system. National Health Authority is the successor of the National Health Agency, which was functioning as a registered society since 23rd May, 2018.NHA is governed by a Governing Board chaired by the Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare.

About the role:

NHA is looking for a dynamic individual who provides the day-to-day technical guidance for the key national level programs implemented by NHA. This role requires review of the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical teams at MSP end to recommend solutions to improve it.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conceptualisation and design of IT Architecture for various projects under NHA in GCC or any Hyper-scaler
• To assist in designing functional, technical, integration requirements for new and existing applications
• Desired skillset Enterprise Architect, Knowledge of Scalability, Federated Architecture, Headless API first development & Knowledge of various stacks Open-source stacks
• Regularly monitor and supervise MSP / SDA teams and review their work output to ensure adherence to desired timelines and quality.
• Demonstrated experience of working with Open-Source stack
• Hands on Knowledge on API first Miro service Application Development with API Gateway (Kong/WSO) Along with IDAM like key cloak
• Working Knowledge on Observability and Application Monitoring tool like Dynatrace, CloudWatch etc
• Understanding third party integration like Aadhaar, Digi locker, PAN, DL
• Hands on experience on Enterprise Java/Spring boot Stack, ELK
• Working Knowledge on Infra like LB/Firewall/Kubernetes Cluster/Istio/POD/Containerisation
• Working Knowledge on Aadhaar/DG Locker / Other Governmental Application
• Experience working with High Volume and High Availability Database
• PostGresSql DB expertise with sharding and DB load balancing through PG - Pool II/PG Bounce/EFM or any other tools
• Working knowledge on document DB like MongoDB

Required Candidate Profile:

Essential Qualifications: B.E/B.TECH OR MCA from a reputed college/University.

Technical Experience & Competencies:

• Overall minimum IT experience of 15 years in software design and development post qualification completion
• 5 years hands on experience as solution architect or similar roles.
• Expertise in Cloud Services (AWS/GCP/Azure) AWS certification desirable
• Expertise in Databases (Postgres/Mongo/Redis) DB migration and performance tuning
• Knowledge of ELK stalk, Kafka & Redis
• Expertise in Java Springboot
• Microservices design
• DevOps knowledge – deployment architecture, Kubernetes etc
• Performance engineering
