Educational Qualification : Bachelors degree in engineering/ MCA from Indian or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution

Experience

• At least 7+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Candidates with relevant industry standard technical and management certifications will be given preference

Job Profile:

Technical Lead will be responsible for:

• Designing functional technology solutions
• Able to review technical architecture and suggest optimized solutions
• Be able to do code review and project effort estimation
• Should have familiarity of security controls like encryption / decryption etc. along with knowledge of Digital Signatures and SSL.
• Should have experience in DevOps Tools and Technologies
• Overseeing vendor development and implementations of SIDBI programs
• Providing technical leadership and support to software development teams
• Will Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods.
• Assist with solving technical problems when they arise.
• Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions.
• Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals.

Primary Skills:

Dot Net 4.5 and above including dot net core, Oracle Database & MySQL, Microservices Architecture oriented Service development, REST APIs, etc. Linux and Windows OS, Scripting, familiarity with Agile framework, DEVOPS framework, familiarity with application and network security controls and best practices.

Secondary Skills:

Experience in Angular, React JS, Node JS and NPM jQuery, IE/Chrome Dev Tools and Responsive Designs, Mobile technologies, Cloud Services (AWS, Azure)

Competencies / Responsibilities

• Should be able to create production roll out strategy best suited to the business needs
• Should resolve complex technical issues in both new and existing implementations
• Should interface with vendor teams and support on need basis (solving technical issues, blockers, technical guidance)
• Should help in identifying and implementing automation tools which improve the quality of code and time to market.
• Should perform hands on tasks like Adhoc coding, validations and reviews of implemented applications, infra monitoring, Query DB on need basis for pulling in sights
• Should be able to manage and oversee CI/CD DevOps pipelines
• Should be able to lead and drive a small team in achieving the goals of the project
• Should be able to independently assess and represent development team - covering all aspects of technical feasibility, complexity, and timelines.
• Candidate should be able to work independently and create detailed technical designs and accurately estimate units of work based on industry standards and best practices
• Should also work with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholder individuals / groups (including third parties) to remove blockers for the team and expedite development
• Should provide corrective actions in the event of risks or jeopardies to timelines
• Should work effectively under pressure to meet critical deadlines.
• Should pick up new technologies and upskill as and when required
• Should participate in post implementation issues and performance review
