Position Name: Data Analyst ABDM, NHA

Expected Education Qualifications and Experience:

• B.E/ B.Tech/ M.Tech / MCA/ MBA or equivalent from a recognized university or institution.
• 4+ Years in consulting or IT projects/ other relevant areas.

Job Description/ Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret/ analyze coming from various modules/ buildings blocks of ABDM using Statistical Techniques to inform operation/ policy – related decision making.
• Coordinate with various teams on the technology side to ensure hands on working knowledge of various databases, data collection systems, and related analytics systems.
• Maintain databases/ data systems; identify, analyze and interpret trends and patters in complex data sets.
• Drive day – to – day report creation and dissemination by ensuring availability of “clean” and effective data to derive performance indicators. Work with NHA and external stakeholders to support decision making with the help of relevant data - driven evidence.
• Must have experience of working with PGSQL or MYSQL. Should be able to extract data and create reports by writing and managing complex SQL queries on a regular basis. Experience with Power – BI or similar visualization tool is necessary.
• Lead co-ordination with various stakeholders across participating states/ UTs (both government and private) to ensure their participation and engagement with ABDM.
• As a critical member of the Central Project Management Unit with the ABDM team, expected to work closely with the ABDM leadership to contribute to various key decisions and take up key responsibilities.
