Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager - Marketing

Broad Functions:

• To effectively lead & manage a team of marketing individuals to promote and popularize the USPs and capabilities of the hospital in the respective areas of functionality (viz : Referral Marketing / Corporate Marketing )
• Be accountable for the conduct and quality of representation being made by the team members in terms of maintaining the brand name and reputation
• Drive the deliverables of bed occupancy and total hospital revenue through the marketing team efforts to ensure achievement of the decided revenue budgets monthly / annually
• Assist the HOD in the overall planning / analysis of performance deliverables and achievement of both short term and long term organizational goals
• Team building and rationalization of head count
• Effective need based deployment of human resource to optimize revenue returns

Key Responsibilities:

1. Internal Customers:

• Achievement of pre-decided monthly / annual revenue budgets
• Ensure optimum deployment of personnel so as to ensure optimum coverage of target markets and the returns thereof
• Day to day control of team members with respect to their working and productivity
• Ensure required number of marketing activities with adherence to the annual marketing plan
• MIS and revenue planning
• Support the HOD with requisite competitive information that can help better decision making

2. Financial:

• Achievement of designated monthly / annual revenue budgets
• Ensure achievement of requisite number of marketing activities as per plan
• Ensure better cost realizations through better Corporate realization prices and minimal / no discounting

3. Core Area:

• Relationship building with key opinion makers and influencers
• Connect with relevant groups (public & corporate) for group meetings, awareness initiatives involving general public, corporate groups
• Assist HOD in overall planning of revenue growth, short term and long term marketing goals
