Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the lighting industry.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by promoting and selling lighting products to clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on lighting solutions tailored to client needs.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product recommendations and solutions.
• Follow up on leads and ensure client satisfaction through effective after-sales service.
• Market Research and Strategy:
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
• Technical Expertise:
• Gain in-depth knowledge of the company lighting products and technologies.
• Educate clients on product benefits, features, and applications.
• Coordinate with technical teams for product demonstrations and installations.
• Reporting and Administration:
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate holder or BBA or MBA Sales & Marketing
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the lighting or related industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of lighting products, applications, and industry trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• A valid license and willingness to travel extensively.
