The Role :
- Own conceptualization, launch & 360degree success of one or a group of products. Success is defined by NPS, repeat rates, growth, contribution to revenue, contribution to margin & contribution to brand.
- Devise and drive Category Strategy strategy and execution to enable category growth
- Lead growth strategy for the brands, including creating and executing on annual, quarterly and monthly business plans.
The Responsibilities :
- Be the voice of the consumer and drive Industry research and analysis
- Conceptualize and work on creating innovative and disruptive personal care products backed by research and consumer insights
- Define marketing strategies to support the categories' overall strategies and objectives
- Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (consumer insight gathering, product development, budgeting, channel GTM, communication development etc.)
- Product Development Initiatives : Ensure consistent execution of product lifecycle processes from concept to launch
- Develop product mix and product marketing strategies (pricing, packaging, process, SKUs, COGS, product launching)
- New Product Launches : Drive and manage end to end Product Launches
- Work closely with Research and formulation to drive product development projects
- Create breakthrough customer offerings and advance marketing
- Develop and leverage core marketing capabilities in the organization around consumer insights, data analytics, strategic planning, product development, brand communications
The Qualifications :
- At least 4 years of sales & brand management experience in the consumer space. Having worked on a brand team before is compulsory.
- A passion for delighting consumers, building brands, creating beautiful products and working with people.
- Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods.

- Good organizational and time-management skills
