Keeping all the patient record up to date. Observing the patient condition and taking prompt action. Recording reporting patient condition as when required. Providing direct supervision over patient care carried out by the student in her ward. Participating in clinical teaching programme. Helping the student nurses in giving health education to the patient.
Attending in-service class regularly.
