Job Description
- Evaluate patients coming for surgery.
- Adduce laboratory tests and clinical consultations for preoperative patients.
- Prognosticate the risks of Anesthesia for individual patients.
- Plan Anesthesia care for individual patients.
- Conduct Anesthesia for patients for surgery.
- Monitor and documents vital signs and prescribe drugs during anesthesia for surgery.
- Conduct monitored Anesthesia care for procedures diagnostic/therapeutic outside operation theatre settings.
- Advice Post-Procedure /Post Operative care, drugs & consultations for individual patients.
- Decide when a patient is ready to be discharged from Anesthesia care from post anesthesia care unit /Surgical ICU.
