Senior UX Writer

Brief role description
At Narayana One Health, we are looking to bring customers a new way of experiencing healthcare where customers can focus on getting healthy without having to worry about the hassles or cost of accessing quality healthcare. We are Indias first fully integrated healthcare brand combining health care, health services and health insurance in one ecosystem.

To bring this vision to life, we are looking for a contract UX writer who will help us build better experiences in healthcare through our app and digital channels. We are looking for someone who can help us explain complicated health concepts and processes to customers as simply as possible and who can drive improvements in how we communicate with customers.

This role will involve regular interaction with Narayana Healths design and product teams and will span a breadth of topics from insurance growth to improving clinic experiences.

This is a contract role with possibility of converting into a full-time role. We will require this person to be in-person in Jayanagar, Bangalore with at least once a week (or more) in HSR, Bangalore.

Key responsibilities

• Work with PMs to understand our key value propositions and communicate those to customers on multiple channels – app UX, WhatsApp, physical paper, emails etc.
• Work with design teams to communicate complex health topics to members through effective copy and UX.
• Raise the bar for copy across all experiences.

What is the profile of the person who will be successful in this role?

• 3+ years of experience in writing, editorial, marketing, UX writing, or related
• Experience writing and designing User Interface (UI) for products.
• 2 years of experience working in a cross-functional technology organization
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Literature, Business, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Love for working in a rapidly evolving startup environment where everyone is responsible for business success.
• Understanding of the importance of customer experience in achieving user and business outcomes
• Acute attention to detail and fluent communication skills
• Passion for bringing change in healthcare.
