A. For the post of Assistant Professor-

.

i. The Ph.D. Degree or NET qualified shall be a mandatory qualification for the appointment of Assistant Professor.

ii. Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and technology-mediate teaching learning process.

iii. A minimum score 75% as stipulated in the academic performance Indicator based Performance Based Appraisal System.

Job Responsibility:

• Advanced involvement in the academic development of the institution and university: educational committee, evaluation committee, monitoring committee.
• Ability to build training programs or develop modules (Master's or PhD training)
• Ensure an hourly mass of teaching;
• Creativity in teaching and pedagogical innovation;
• Animation and interaction between teams, themes and disciplines;
• Involvement and leadership in the development of educational content;
• Dynamic involvement and responsibility in international training networks;
• Development of digital and technological skills relevant to education;
• Continuous professional development through effective participation in conference and teaching workshops.
• Scientific production: publication, conferences and other oral communication without publication, other scientific productions specific to the field.
