Administration Assistant cum DTP Operator

We are looking for a Computer cum DTP operator with 0-2 years of experience to perform various tasks such as data entry, document management, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate should be familiar with computer software (MS Excel/Word), possess excellent typing skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

• Performing data entry tasks in various computer software programs
• Maintaining and updating records and databases
• Assisting in general office duties as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
• Desktop publishing software knowledge is bonus (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Corel, Photoshop).
• Format text, graphics, and images to enhance readability and visual appeal.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, editors, and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Prepare files for printing or digital distribution, ensuring they meet technical specifications and quality standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
