Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to spearhead our Store on Wheels Initiative, driving apartment sign-ups across Bangalore. This role requires an individual who is proactive, goal-oriented, and thrives on meeting and exceeding targets. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in bringing Simpli Namdharis to apartment communities, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Research and Targeting:
Identify and compile a list of potential apartment complexes across Bangalore for the Store on Wheels initiative.
Conduct research to understand apartment demographics and shopping needs.
Outreach and Networking:
Engage with apartment association presidents, committees, and decision-makers to pitch Simpli Namdhari’s unique selling propositions (USPs).
Build strong relationships with apartment management and associations.
Permission and Scheduling:
Secure permissions to set up Simpli Namdhari’s Store on Wheels in apartment premises weekly.
Coordinate schedules and ensure smooth execution of the initiative.
Promotional Activities:
Highlight Simpli Namdhari’s USPs, such as fresh, residue-free produce, premium FMCG products, and the convenience of on-site shopping.
Collaborate with marketing teams to support on-ground activations and promotions.
Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed individual sales and apartment sign-up targets.
Maintain and share progress reports, including sign-up metrics and customer feedback.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient deployment of the Store on Wheels.
Share insights and suggestions to improve the initiative based on customer and association feedback.
Key Requirements
Proven track record of achieving individual sales targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Go-getter attitude with the drive to exceed expectations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in retail, FMCG, or B2B sales preferred.
Familiarity with Bangalore’s geography and apartment complexes is a plus.
Proficiency in Kannada and English is desirable.
