Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities.
Attendance Management:
Track and manage employee attendance, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
Handle leave requests and approvals, ensuring they comply with company policies.
Prepare and generate monthly attendance reports for management.
Address attendance-related queries and issues from employees.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling employee-related information.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure timely documentation of employee data.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in HR functions, including recruiting, attendance management, and payroll.
Knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and HR software.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
