Nalli - Business Analyst - eCommerce Division (2-5 yrs)

About the Position:

Nalli's e-commerce division is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for a data-driven Business Analyst to support key business functions. This role requires analytical expertise, strategic decision-making, and cross-team collaborations to optimize business performance using data insights.

The ideal candidate will leverage data analytics tools such as Python, SQL, and Excel to generate reports, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations. They will be crucial in guiding teams on daily business decisions and implementing data-backed strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate meaningful insights for marketing, procurement, and product teams.

- Marketing Optimization: Evaluate and refine digital marketing campaigns on social media and other platforms using data-driven strategies and refine marketing plans as per sales trends and targets.

- Operational Decision-Making: Provide insights to the procurement team on the sales trend of various product categories and improve inventory turnover.

- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with various teams to define business targets and implement data-backed solutions.

Requirements:

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile setting.

- Proficiency in Excel, Python, and SQL for analysis and reporting automation.

- Experience with Google Analytics and data visualization.

- Excellent communication skills to present insights, align teams on key decisions, and ensure clarity in performance targets

- 2+ years of professional experience in data analytics, preferably in an e-commerce
