Interior Engineer :

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and clients to understand interior design requirements and project specifications.
• Develop detailed interior designs and layouts using CAD software.
• Plan, estimate, and manage the materials, costs, and timeline of interior projects.
• Supervise on-site implementation of interior works, ensuring adherence to quality standards and design specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for timely execution of the project.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure the completion of the project as per industry standards.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, or other design tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and techniques.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Good communication and client management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in interior design or related field.

Project Manager :

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
• Define project objectives, create detailed plans, and assign tasks to team members.
• Monitor project progress and performance, resolving issues to minimize delays.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
