Role & responsibilities
- Perform a detailed analysis of BOQ Amendments
- Material reconciliation with respect to actual work done stage wise as per defined stages
- Analysis of variance in cost and quantity for each reconciliation stage
- Preparation of monthly reports and presenting to management for variance analysis
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in Real estate company in BOQ/reconciliation work.
