Job Description:

Execution of the project as per the stipulated deadlines

Stabilization of project by monitoring the progress of projects with respect to completion as per schedule, timelines quality, cost adherence to design, specifications, etc.

Preparation of Site Budget based on BOQ & Base line program given from Contracts/Planning Dept.

MIS reporting to the management on the progress of all project(s)

Maintaining the documentations & work-related records as per the Company Policy

Effective Stakeholder for the management

Responsible for contract administration, project planning scheduling work, conducting regular site safety checks, etc

Ensure timely Materials Requisitions & related documents sent to the concerned department.

Ability to manage a team & get the work done from the team

Projects Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of specific projects for an organization while ensuring these projects are on time, on budget, and within scope.

Go getter with excellent spoken and written language skills.

Managing the construction Team effectively & efficiently to complete the project in specified time & with excellent quality work.

Job Specification:

Experience

Candidate must have minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience in High Rise Building.

Qualifications

BE Civil from any reputed institute.

Industry Preferred: Real Estate industry
