Job Title: Pre-Sales Team Leader - Real Estate
Reports to: Site Head / Sales Head
Location: Thane
Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Team Leader to lead our pre-sales team, driving sales growth and customer engagement in our real estate division.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management
1. Lead and motivate a team of pre-sales executives.
2. Set performance targets and monitor progress.
3. Conduct regular training and coaching sessions.
Sales Strategy
1. Develop and implement pre-sales strategies to meet/exceed sales targets.
2. Identify and qualify potential customers.
3. Build relationships with customers via phone, email, and in-person.
Performance Metrics
1. Track and analyze sales performance metrics (conversion rates, lead generation).
2. Provide regular progress reports to management.
Customer Engagement
1. Ensure exceptional customer service.
2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns.
Collaboration
1. Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product).
2. Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
Essential
1. 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales, or customer service.
2. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
3. Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks.
Desirable
1. Experience with sales automation and lead generation tools.
2. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Education
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
Skills
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
3. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
