Manager - Systems & Processes (QMS & ISMS)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

➢Understand the existing processes and procedures of various operations

➢Monitor and review the effectiveness of the QMS & ISMS, identifying gaps.

➢Conduct regular internal audits to assess QMS & ISMS performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

➢Handover Internal Audit reports to MR for RCA

➢Verification of RCA.

➢Coordinate and support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with Management System requirements.

➢Identify process inefficiencies, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.

➢Ensure the organization's compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including conducting risk assessments and addressing compliance gaps.

➢Internal Communications with other Depts. For compliance.

➢Advise on compliance-related matters: Provide guidance and support to employees at all levels of the organization on compliance issues, including ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

➢Monitor and enforce compliance: Regularly monitor compliance with policies and procedures. Implement disciplinary actions or corrective measures as necessary for non-compliance issues. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and make recommendations for improvements.

➢Compliance and Governance: Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies is another significant aspect of the department'sresponsibilities. They ensure that processes and systems comply with relevant laws and

regulations.

➢Conduct various training related to ISO standards, Lead Auditor of Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, Etc.).

➢To ensure that any findings in audits are addressed within timelines.

➢Proactively find opportunities for improvement and make changes happen at the ground level.

➢To understand and meet the quality standards and maintain records as required by the ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 27001:2013.
