Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
As Training Supervisor, You will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
  • Assist in Training plans for the resort (biannual/annual) based on systematic research and needs analysis.
  • Provide information to prepare an expenditure budget for the training department.
  • Coordinate with Home Office on new mandatory training programs and materials.
  • Coordinate training with all departmental trainers for every section and monitor operational training.
  • Meet all departmental trainers monthly to review departmental training progress.
  • Organize and liaise with Department Heads concerning new host orientation and induction.
  • Assist in developing and organizing training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials involved in the strategic planning, resource allocation and coordination of training delivery.
  • Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
  • Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
Qualifications
To execute the position of Training Supervisor, you must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
  • Diploma or equivalent in Business, preferably in Human Resources and at least 2 years experience in a similar training/operation setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
  • Technical skills include proficient use with computers and software including MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. You have experience learning through an e-learning platform or mobile app.
  • Fluent in English.
