Job Description
Position Overview: NAO Advertising is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Servicing Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience and a keen interest in managing health & wellness and pharmaceutical brands.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients,
maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Campaign Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (creative, marketing, media, etc.) to
coordinate and execute campaigns that meet client objectives and deadlines.
• Client Meetings: Participate in client meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and
ensure follow-up on action items.
• Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates and reports to clients on campaign
progression, utilizing data to offer insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related
field. Candidates with a degree in a science-related field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy)
are preferred.

Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply provided they are open to learning, and not
driven by conventional thinking.

Skills:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Passionate about the health & wellness and pharmaceutical industries.
• Good understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and advertising principles.
