• Coordinate with business verticals to gather and document detailed requirements
• Lead the evaluation and selection of software vendors based on business requirements
• Develop and maintain implementation project plans and timelines
• Lead vendor negotiations and ensure contractual obligations are met
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions
• Coordinate and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Manage stakeholder communications across business teams and vendors
• Drive the successful go-live of implemented solutions
• Ensure proper knowledge transfer and documentation from vendors
• Provide training to end users on working of software applications
• Ensure smooth functioning of application by monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, raising service requests and ensuring continuous support from the vendors

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in engineering or any relevant IT related qualification
• MBA in IT would be added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in implementation of software application.

Preference would be given to candidates with:

• Strong project management capabilities
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
• Assertive communication and stakeholder management
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Knowledge of software procurement procedures
• Experience in ticketing tools
• Understanding of banking/financial software systems

Other Criteria:

• Maximum age limit is 30 years as on date of application.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English

Annual CTC: 6.82 Lakhs
