Roles & Responsibilities:

- Coordination and compliances of all regulators/inspections (RBI & NABARD) and audits (CSG, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit etc.)

- Regular documentation of various sanctions.

- Facilitating Ind As implementation.

- Assisting implementation and stabilization of accounting software.

- Negotiation with the prospective investors in the process of capital raising.

- Preparation of complete year-end accounts and supporting schedules, preparation of information required for statutory reporting.

- Preparation and filing of all statutory returns such as GST, TDS etc.

- Responsible for funds management including the review and submission if accurate funds flow forecasts.

- Assisting in preparation of board memorandums

- Assisting in policy level inputs.

- Additional items of work, if any, assigned by NABKISAN from time to time

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Educational Qualification: Graduate in Finance/Economics/Commerce or equivalent qualification OR PG in Finance/Economics/Commerce or equivalent qualification like CA/CFA

2. Experience For Graduates: Minimum 2 years of relevant field.

For Post-Graduates & CA/CFA. Freshers are eligible

For staff candidates, relaxation in age upto 5 years and in experience upto 2 years would be provided.

3. Other Criteria: Maximum age limit is 35 years at the time of application. Proficiency in using tools such as MS Office and other computer related functions for day-to-day functioning. Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.

4. Place of Posting: The place of posting for the present will be Mumbai, Maharashtra. However, depending on administrative requirement of NABKISAN candidate may be placed anywhere in the country in future.

5. Emoluments and service conditions

1. Annual CTC - Rs. 8.71 lakh

2. Gross monthly emoluments - Rs. 55,257/-.

3. Basic Pay - Rs. 31,000/- per month in the scale of 31000-1550-1700-1850-2000-2150-2300-2450-45000.

4. CTC includes Basic, DA, HRA, CCA and Other Allowances as per rules in force from time to time, Performance Incentive, Group Insurance Policy for employees & family, Group Personal Accident Policy for employees and other statutory benefits.

5. Initial appointment will be on probation for a period of 2 years. The employee may be absorbed on regular roll based on satisfactory performance. For staff candidates, earlier experience will be reckoned towards probation period.
