Tele Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products/services.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing revenue.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar role.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Good proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi.
• Ability to handle clients effectively and professionally.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
