Job Title: Tele caller - ISP and MSP Business

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Tele caller to join our team in the ISP and MSP business domain. The Tele caller will be responsible for generating leads, explaining services, addressing customer queries, and converting potential clients into loyal customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain the company's ISP and MSP services.
• Follow up on inquiries and leads provided by the marketing team.
• Identify potential customers and generate sales leads through cold calling and other methods.
• Convert leads into successful sales by explaining service benefits and addressing customer concerns.
• Maintain a positive and professional tone during all customer interactions.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Promote high-speed internet packages, managed IT services, and tailored solutions offered by the company.
• Highlight the competitive advantages of the companys services compared to others in the market.
• Maintain an organized database of customer interactions and track the progress of leads.
• Ensure accurate entry of customer information in the CRM software.
• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team on recurring customer concerns or preferences.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead generation targets.
• Prepare and present reports on sales activity and performance to the team lead or manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi & Odia
• Customer Focus: Strong listening skills and a customer-first approach.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of ISP and MSP services is a plus, with a willingness to learn.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Self-Motivation: Highly motivated to achieve targets and earn incentives.

Office Hours: - 10 AM 7 PM (Mon -Sat )
