We are seeking a Support Analyst to join our Wholesale Production Services team. This role involves providing support to the Sales, Investment Banking, Research, and Securitized Products & ABS businesses. You will maintain both in-house developed and vendor-hosted application solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1 & L2 Production Services Support for allocated projects within Wholesale Production Services.
Handle batch support, application support, user support, incident management, change management, and automation initiatives.
Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving operational stability, efficiency, maintainability, and support capabilities.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Notes:
Candidates must have L2 support experience in an application support role. We do not accept profiles with only L1 support or infrastructure support experience.
