Designing and delivering training programs on Java programming language and related technologies. Developing training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assignments. Conducting training needs assessments and designing customized training programs to meet the needs of clients. Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making improvements as needed. Staying up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the Java industry. Providing ongoing support to clients and learners. Collaborating with other trainers and stakeholders to improve the quality of training programs. Maintaining accurate records of training activities and learner progress. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
