We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer Trainer to deliver exceptional training programs and guide aspiring developers through their learning journey. The trainer will play a key role in equipping students with the essential skills needed to succeed in the competitive world of software development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Design: Develop and refine comprehensive full stack development programs covering front-end and back-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, databases, and more.
• Training Sessions: Lead engaging and interactive online or in-person sessions, ensuring students grasp the concepts of full stack development.
• Project-Based Learning: Facilitate hands-on projects and real-world coding challenges to ensure practical application of skills.
• Mentorship: Provide one-on-one mentoring, support students through coding challenges, and foster a problem-solving mindset.
• Assessments & Feedback: Evaluate students' progress through assessments, coding exercises, and projects; provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
• Industry Insight: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure that course content remains current and relevant.
• Career Guidance: Offer career support through mock interviews, portfolio development, and resume reviews to help students prepare for the job market.

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
  
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, and Vue.js.
• Expertise in back-end development using Java, Python, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.) and version control tools (Git, GitHub).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, web services, and security best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or DevOps technologies is a plus.
• Experience:
  
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a related role.
• Previous teaching, training, or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
• Communication Skills:
  
• Excellent presentation, teaching, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students of varying skill levels.
• Education:
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
