Contacting potential customers and explaining the features and benefits of the product.

Answering customers' questions about product and addressing any concerns they may have.

Making outbound calls to prospects and converting them into qualified leads for the sales team.

Following up with customers who have expressed interest in the product.

Managing a database of contacts and keeping accurate records of all interactions with customers.

Collaborating with the sales team to ensure that leads are properly qualified and passed on for further follow-up.

Achieving weekly and monthly targets for the number of calls made, leads generated, and conversions achieved.

Should have excellent communication skills.
