Job Description:

- As a Corporate Finance Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's M&A and IPO activities.

- You will work collaboratively with senior team members to analyze financial data, detailed comparative analysis, perform valuation assessments, and aid in the strategic planning and execution of transactions.

- Collaborate on M&A transactions, including due diligence, financial modeling, and the preparation of presentation materials.

- Assist in the information gathering for IPO related documents, including drafting prospectuses and coordinating with legal and compliance teams.

- Assist in financial analysis, industry research, and comparative company assessments to support strategic decision-making.

- Budgeting and Forecasting
