RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptualize Execute: Design high-impact creatives for CRM (email, push, WhatsApp, SMS) and performance marketing (Google, Meta ads).
- Data-Driven Creativity: Optimize visuals based on engagement and conversion insights.
- Multi-Channel Excellence: Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- A/B Testing Iteration: Refine designs based on performance metrics.
- Collaboration Leadership: Guide internal teams and agencies to deliver high-quality creatives.
- Trend Innovation Focus: Experiment with AI tools and automation in design.
SKILLS
- Expertise in performance-optimized design for digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects a plus).
- Strong visual storytelling and data-backed creativity .
- Ability to manage multiple projects stakeholders efficiently.
- Experience with AI tools( Midjourney, Runway)
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in digital design, CRM, or performance marketing.
- NIFT or equivalent design background.
- Strong brand industry awareness , especially in fashion.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and multi-tasking skills
