Manager - Asset Sales (3-8 yrs)

Experience in Sale of repossessed asset (Immovables and Movables) through SARFAESI process

Sr. No. Main Responsibility:

1. Manage repossessed assets, identification of challenges and opportunities which could lead to sale of the asset

2. Working with various vendors (Physical asset management teams, broker networks, repossession agents etc.) and internal teams to create a smooth process for streamlining sale activity

3. Creating a balance between direct and indirect sourcing of bidders through innovative use of sales channels - newspaper advertisement, pamphlet distribution, online advertisement etc.

4. Travelling across locations for managing repossessed assets, creating broker network etc.

5. Creating an internal/outsourced platform with Technology team/vendors for online bidding and sale of repossessed assets

6. Auditing of vendor bills
