Project Sales - Delhi, Moradabad, Sonipat

We are seeking a competent sales professional to join our Construction Chemicals team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers in their assigned territory. The product portfolio includes waterproofing systems, Industrial, Commercial floorings & coatings, grouts and other relevant construction chemicals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales target for the assigned territory by developing and implementing a sales plan that includes identifying potential customers, generating leads, till order closer and building relationships with existing customers & new customers.
2. Conduct regular customer visits to understand their current & future requirements and provide technical advice and support on the company's range of construction chemicals, including new lunched products.
3. Preparation of quotation
4. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new products and services that will increase sales.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system. New leads shall be updated in CRM on a regular basis.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and timely delivery, and to resolve any customer issues that could negatively impact customer satisfaction rates.
7. Prepare and submit timely sales reports, including forecasts, budgets.
8. Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of construction chemicals, including waterproofing systems, epoxy and PU flooring, grouts, and other relevant products, and use this knowledge to maintain a minimum customer satisfaction rate and on-time delivery rate.

9. Organize training meets for new/existing products for Applicators, dealers & contractors.

Preferred candidate profile1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.2. At least 8-12yrs years of experience in project sales within the construction chemical industry.3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
