Job Title: SAP FICO R2R Consultant
Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO R2R Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting and controlling (FICO) and will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP solutions to streamline the Record to Report process. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including finance teams, IT, and external partners, to ensure that business requirements are met and that SAP systems are aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation & Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP FICO modules, focusing on Record to Report processes including general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and financial closing.
• Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing financial processes and identify areas for improvement. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Customization & Enhancements: Customize SAP FICO modules to meet specific business needs and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Testing & Validation: Develop test scenarios and conduct system testing to validate system functionality. Ensure that all changes are documented and meet quality standards.
• User Training & Support: Provide training to end-users and create user documentation. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO-related issues.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of FICO processes with other SAP modules and business systems.
• Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to provide insights into financial performance. Utilize SAP reporting tools to support decision-making.
• Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Assist in internal and external audits as needed.
