• Position - Digital Marketing Executive
• Shift Timings - Mon to Fri 9pm to 6am IST and Sat 9pm to 2am IST
• Work Mode - Remote

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and implement digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have experience in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Manage SEO strategies, including on-page and off-page optimization, to improve organic traffic.
• Plan and implement paid advertising campaigns (PPC) to maximize ROI.
• Create, manage, and optimize engaging content for social media, blogs, and email marketing.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to enhance user engagement.
• Monitor trends in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies.
• Manage company website updates and ensure a strong online presence.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to improve marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, PPC, and social media.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn marketing.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in marketing for healthcare or software companies.
• Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint.
• Experience with email marketing and automation tools like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign.
