Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager (Marketing) - Non Trade for our Sales & Business Development team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, fostering relationships, and supporting growth within the Builders, RMC, Contractors, and Institutional Sales segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Collection: Manage and grow sales from builders, RMCs, contractors, and institutional clients. Ensure timely collections and meet financial targets.
- Market Development: Drive new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand MHIPLs presence in key markets.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the building material industry, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product Promotion: Promote the full range of MAHA CEMENT products, ensuring they meet the needs of clients and customers.
- B2C Sales: Oversee retail and direct-to-consumer sales channels. Identify key trends and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
- Reporting & Analytics: Monitor sales performance, provide insights, and prepare reports to track sales targets, progress, and market feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 7-12 years of experience in sales & business development, specifically within the building materials or cement industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the building materials industry, especially cement products.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships with clients.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in a competitive market.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Chennai.
