Contracts Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor billing, ensuring timely submission of claims and payments.
  
• Oversee construction contracts from tender stage to project completion, including negotiations with clients and vendors.
  
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and resolve any issues that may arise.
  
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for tenders and manage sub-contract management processes.
  
• Monitor progress against agreed milestones and report on variances.
