Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- 6-8 years of experience in design and development of injection mould/ product development / Mould design process/ Proto parts.
- Plastic injection molding experience is must.
- Hands on experience on UG NX /SolidWorks / Creo for min 3-4 years.
- Familiarity with tool or mold design processes.
- Basic knowledge of GD&T with the ability to apply it effectively in technical drawings.
- Should have basic knowledge of mold flow and various molding process.
- Tool design review with vendor and get aligned with customer requirement.
- Strong understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Should be able to use MS office basic software like PPT, Word, Excel.
- Exposure to thermoforming will be added as an advantage.
- Knowledge of various machining process will be added as an advantage.
