Job description:

1. Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
3. Identifying clients' needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
4. Providing clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their decision-making process.
5. Upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients.
6. Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
7. Meeting sales/revenue targets.
8. Ensuring client satisfaction.

Preferable Candidate:

Graduate & Post graduate both can apply, a minimum graduation is mandatory.

Fresher/ Experienced both can apply.

Language : Hindi + English.

Salary : Depending on interview skills (16K to 18K take home monthly salary)
