Role & responsibilities
- Create branch sales plans and projection in alignment with business objectives.
- Support Relationship Officer and Relationship Manager with day-to-day business activities.
- Evaluate teams and individual performances.
- Report on branch sales results.
- Forecast quarterly and annual profits.
- Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople.
- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.
