Branch Sales Manager

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Lead and manage the sales team at the branch to meet or exceed sales targets and business goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and enhance customer acquisition.
• Monitor branch sales performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide regular feedback to team members.
• Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct training and coaching for sales staff to improve their product knowledge, sales techniques, and overall performance.
• Manage day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth processes and compliance with company policies and standards.

Work Experience: At least 2 -4years experience in working in Retail Assets especially Home Loans and Loan Against Property business. Exposure to Affordable segment preferred.
