- Role - Zonal HR for Chennai
- Designation - Zonal HR
- Minimum Experience of 8 - 12 years as HRBP in Present or Previous Company
- Key Skills - Recruitment, Business Partnering, Stakeholder Management, Team Player, Proactive People Person
- Ability to handle 200 Branches with 900-1000 Employees
- Willingness to travel for branch visits, recruitment drives, campus placements, job fairs (Davangere, Mangalore, Hubli & Goa)
- Preferably candidates with experience in mass recruitment from NBFC/Financial Services/Banking Industry
- Sitting Location is Chennai, Zonal Office (candidates must be comfortable to be based out of this location)
- Education - MBA / Post Graduate in HR
