- Attend walk-in customers, inbound calls, respond to emails, and provide information about Muthoot FinCorps products and services.
- Maintain all data and records related to daily transactions, file documents and ensure that all customer records are up to date and accurate.
- Interact with the customer, collect feedback, and take note of the customer’s suggestions on what can potentially improve their experience.
- Business Development and Promote and maintain positive relations with both existing and potential customers.
